She has a passion for the moons and stars, a passion she says began when she was 11 or 12 years old. Now, the rest of the world is getting the chance to see Jedidah Isler’s love for the heavens. Isler, an astrophysicist and research fellow in the College of Arts and Sciences, was recently featured in a Ted Talk, “How I fell in love with quasars, blazars, and our incredible universe.”

The segment was recorded in March at the TED 2015 conference.
