The chaplains of Syracuse University’s Hendricks Chapel will conduct a University Service of Remembrance on Monday, Dec. 21, at 2:03 p.m. in the chapel’s Noble Room to honor the 270 people who died aboard Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, on the same date 21 years ago.
