Eric Kingson, professor of social work in the Falk College, was quoted in the U.S. News & World Report article “The History of Your Social Security Payments.” Kingson, who studies Social Security extensively, discussed how the system benefits not only older people but also future generations of children. “Participating in Social Security provides core protection for all of our children. It’s life insurance, in effect,” Kingson said.
