Faculty and Staff Can Go from Surviving to Thriving with New Monthly Well-Being Series
Beginning this fall, faculty and staff are invited to participate in THRIVE!, a well-being series by Northbound Coaching & Consulting. The 12-part series will focus on different topics each month, with the overall goal of breaking down the science of well-being and the key elements known to increase happiness, combat overwhelm and move us from simply surviving to thriving in today’s busy world.
Concepts will build upon one another throughout the series, but each session is meant to stand on its own and attendees can join in at any time.
The first four sessions are as follows, with more coming in the first part of 2020:
