Barnes Center at The Archhealth and wellness

In advance of this fall’s opening of the Barnes Center at The Arch, the campus community is invited to attend upcoming presentations hosted by the Division of Enrollment and the Student Experience’s health and wellness leadership team that will provide information on how the center will enhance the Syracuse experience through modern and expanded programs, services and offerings promoting holistic health and well-being. The presentations will include insight into the staff’s Philosophy to Wellness and services. Light refreshments will be provided.

“The Barnes Center at The Arch team is looking forward to sharing our philosophy, approach to integrated care, and new programs and features with our colleagues and campus partners so that we can continue to engage in enhancing the holistic health and wellness of our students and the campus community as a whole,” says Cory Wallack, interim executive director of health and wellness. “The presentation will provide a great opportunity to meet some of our team members, hear about our planned program and features, and learn more about our approach to service delivery and holistic care.”

Attendees are asked to complete the registration form to help plan for refreshments.  The presentations will be hosted in Huntington Beard Crouse Hall’s Gifford Auditorium on the following dates and times:

  • Thursday, May 16, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 5, 1 to 2 p.m.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation and Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) will be available. For more information or to request additional accommodations, contact the Office of Health Promotions.
