Longevity is qualitative not just quantitative and successful aging is more than just the absence of illness and disease. We don’t want to just live long lives; we want to live long, healthy lives.

Join Maria Brown, assistant research professor in the Aging Studies Institute, David B. Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics, to learn wellness strategies you can put into action to practice healthy aging. It’s never too late to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
