Faculty, Staff Invited to Register for Heart Healthy Living Series
In today’s busy world, it can be challenging to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This education series will focus on heart health basics, the benefits of physical activity and movement, and heart healthy nutrition. Live a longer, healthier life with a healthy heart!
Faculty and staff are invited to attend this three-part Heart Healthy Living series presented by the Wellness Team. The Wellness Team will discuss getting to know your numbers, assessing your risk of heart disease, physical activity recommendations, making physical activity part of your daily life, healthy eating, meal planning and more.
The main campus series will be held in 500 Hall of Languages from 12:15-12:45 p.m.

- Tuesday, Oct. 17: Heart Healthy Living Nutrition
Must register by Friday, Oct. 6
The South Campus series will be held in Skytop Office Building, 2nd floor large conference room from 12:15-12:45 p.m.
