South Campus Free Fitness Sampler Classes Continue through Oct. 18
Get fit this fall with a variety of free lunchtime fitness classes. The Syracuse University Wellness Initiative is offering free 30-minute classes to faculty and staff. The series offers faculty and staff an opportunity to sample a variety of 30-minute classes including body toning, balance and core, boot camp and yoga.
All levels of experience are welcome; no registration required. Wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a mat or towel.
Bring a coworker or two and try classes like body toning, boot camp, yoga and more!
