Join Fleet Feet coach Mandy Howard on June 14 to learn four simple, but highly effective ways to become a more efficient and healthy runner. Whether you just completed the Corporate Challenge or want to run it next year, you will learn how to use your body, your legs and your foot-strike in the most efficient manner to create good running form. There is a better way to run!
