Yoga Foundations: Journey into Power
Free yoga classes in June for Faculty and Staff
Join us each Tuesday in June for a lunchtime yoga class taught by Wellness Champion and yoga instructor Laura Mikols, trained in the Baptiste Methodology™.
Whether you are an experienced or new yogi, Mikols will help you bring more calm, ease and presence into your life through the practice of this unique fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. This 30-minute yoga class is designed to teach on multiple levels (beginner to advanced) and will integrate mind and body, as we match inhale/exhale to each pose.
