The Department of Recreation Services is once again hosting the Health and Wellness Exposition on Wednesday, March 30, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Flanagan Gymnasium. The event is free and open to all faculty, staff and students with valid SU/ESF ID.

The event brings together a variety of health and wellness-related vendors to showcase the many resources available on and off campus that promote healthy lifestyles. This year’s expo will feature 50 vendors, including Tops Friendly Markets, the co-sponsor of the event. By visiting the tables, attendees will learn about traditional health options, holistic care, healthy foods, and health and wellness technologies. The vendors tabling will offer product demonstrations, free samples and interactive activities.

“Last year we welcomed nearly 400 students, faculty and staff members to the expo, and we anticipate even more attendees this year,” says Joseph Lore, director of the Department of Recreation Services. “The Department of Recreation Services extends a big thank you to all those who support this event and our efforts to promote the health and well-being of our campus community members.”
