Free Fitness Classes for Faculty and Staff

Mark your calendars! Spend 30 minutes each Wednesday with Maggie Thomson, ACSM-certified exercise physiologist and Syracuse University adjunct professor, and improve your strength and flexibility. Thomson will teach a low-impact body toning class that incorporates balance, stretching and working every muscle group while providing the motivation and skills to work these exercises into your everyday routine. All fitness levels welcome; see you there!
