Janhuib Blans, public health and drug policy expert, director of the Bureau of Research, Training and Consultancy in the Netherlands, will present “Dutch Drug Policy: Examining the Public Health and Safety Impact of Harm Reduction and Decriminalization” Sept. 16.

The forum will take place in Room 304 of the Hildegarde and J. Myer Schine Student Center from 6 to 8 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
