Siren testing this Thursday, Dec. 30 at Syracuse University
On Thursday, Dec. 30, Syracuse University will test its North and South Campus outdoor sirens. Installed as part of the Orange Alert emergency notification system, the sirens will be tested between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Thursday, during which time a seven-second alarm will sound at different intervals as the testing is performed.
