Campus partners may use the form below to request email support from Internal Communications via Maestro, the University’s internal email distribution tool.

Please note, we only send emails that are large, campuswide sends or if they pertain to a priority area as identified by Division of Communications leadership. Email internalcomms@syr.edu if you need assistance with this form.

IMPORTANT: To streamline the proofing and sending process, email content should be finalized and approved by all necessary parties prior to submission of the form. Please carefully check your work before submitting!
