Alper ’72 Judiciary Studies professor in the College of Law, was quoted in the Law360 article “Supreme Court Ethics Push Grows After Thomas Revelations.” The story discussed the ethical and legal implications of recent reports that U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’ wife pressed the White House to overturn the 2020 election, as the justice played a role in election-related cases.
