Dear Students and Families:

I hope you had a restful and enjoyable break. With a little more than two weeks left, the end of the fall semester is quickly approaching. As you prepare for final projects and exams, remember to take time between classes, studying and assignments to focus on self-care and wellness. Whether that means extra rest, connecting with friends, exercising or trying something new, there are opportunities across campus to help you recharge and engage in the home stretch of the semester.
