Thanksgiving Meals Will Be More Expensive Than Ever This Year

Chef Mary Kiernan, Associate Teaching Professor in Falk College was interviewed by The Cortland Standard for the piece, “Put on a spread without sparing.” Kiernan discusses the rise in prices for Thanksgiving meals in 2021 due to supply chain issues among a myriad of others.
She said, “No one should have to work the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Making the whole meal on the day-of is exhausting if it isn’t something one is accustomed to doing.”
