COVID 19

Dear Students, Families, Faculty and Staff:

Soon, many of our community members will travel away from campus for the Thanksgiving break. For those in our community remaining in the Central New York area, please be aware that COVID testing will continue to be available, except on the days the University is closed for the holiday. The hours and location for COVID testing during Thanksgiving break are as follows:

  • Sunday, Nov. 21: 10 a.m.-2 p.m. (Kimmel)
  • Monday, Nov. 22: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. (Kimmel)
  • Tuesday, Nov. 23: 10 a.m.-3 p.m. (Kimmel)
  • Wednesday, Nov. 24: 8 a.m.-10 a.m. (Kimmel)
  • Thursday, Nov. 25 (Thanksgiving): Closed
  • Friday, Nov. 26: Closed
  • Saturday, Nov. 27: Closed
  • Sunday, Nov. 28: 10 a.m.-2 p.m. (Kimmel)

Please note, the most significant change is the location. As noted above, all testing during the holiday week will take place at Kimmel.

As always, testing locations and hours can be found at Syracuse.edu/staysafe/get-tested. In the coming weeks, we will share an updated testing schedule for the month of December, including during the winter holidays and Orange Appreciation Days.

Thank you for your continued commitment to a healthy and safe community.

Sincerely,

Syracuse University COVID Project Management Office
