MySlice has a new look after a system upgrade that took place over the weekend of Sept. 25-26. If you haven’t visited the refreshed MySlice, please clear your web browser cache before doing so.

As a result of the upgrade, MySlice features increased mobile compatibility, accessibility and personalization. You can find information about the enhanced navigation and user experience, including screenshots, on the MySlice Upgrade Answers page. Helpful tips include:

  • Personalizing MySlice
  • Before-and-after MySlice links crosswalk
  • Search within MySlice

At the same time as the upgrade, MySlice’s security was enhanced with Microsoft Two-Factor Authentication (also known as multi-factor authentication or MFA). MySlice users will need to ensure they have access to their multi-factor authentication methods, which they can manage at msmfa.syr.edu.

If you have any questions about the MySlice upgrade, you can contact the ITS Help Desk at help@syr.edu or by calling 315.443.2677.
