Doron Dorfman, associate professor of law in the College of Law, was quoted in the Yahoo! Money article titled “COVID vaccine mandates: The key question challenging United Airlines’ policy.” Dorfman, who specializes health and employment law, says that the indefinite nature of United Airline’s vaccine mandate for employees may not hold up in court. “If I were to advise United, I would just do it year by year, or for six months,” Dorfman said, as a judge may find longer terms to be unreasonable.
