College Place to Temporarily Close for Three Days Week of Aug. 9
Campus Planning, Design and Construction is planning to complete the second phase of the College Place crosswalk replacement project—tentatively beginning Tuesday, Aug. 10, or Wednesday, Aug. 11, weather dependent. This second phase will require three days of work and a closure of College Place to all through traffic.
While the work is underway, permit holders for the College Place lot will enter via Euclid Avenue. Permit holders for the Goldstein Alumni and Faculty Center lot will enter via University Place. Permit holders for the Lyman-Hinds lot will park in the College Place lot. Limited access to the Lyman-Hinds lot will be maintained for accessible parking only, with entrance via University Place.
During the closure, Centro will establish a temporary bus stop on Comstock Avenue.
Delays in the proposed work may occur as a result of weather and/or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that there is a significant delay, we will issue revised information as soon as possible.
