Biden’s New American Jobs Plan Will Enact ‘Meaningful Shift’

Nina Kohn, the David M. Levy Professor of Law and Faculty Director of Online Education in the College of Law, published an op-ed in The Hill “It’s time to care about home care.” Kohn discusses President Biden’s American Jobs Plan and its $400 billion bill that aims to support older adults and persons with disabilities. Kohn noted that this bill “could become the most profound and meaningful shift in aging policy in decades.”
