IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination by visiting the Student Patient Portal. If you received the vaccination on campus, you are not required to submit documentation. Please also remember that once vaccinated, you should continue participating in surveillance testing at the Stadium Testing Center, wearing a mask and maintaining social distance as these are important measures to safeguard our community against the spread of illness.

Very soon, we will be going our separate ways for the summer. Let’s make the most of our time together on campus in a safe, healthy and enjoyable manner!

Sincerely,

Robert D. Hradsky, Ed.D.
