Ways to Spend Your Wellness Day

Dear Students and Families:

Tomorrow marks the first of two Wellness Days—a day dedicated to support your well-being. Throughout the day, we have a host of activities available that span mindfulness, fitness and recreation, speakers, art and more. Whether you are looking to try something new or do something you are passionate about, I hope you take this opportunity to engage, recharge and practice self-care.

Below is a sampling of the activities available. I also encourage you to visit the University Events Calendar, Barnes Center Wellness Portal and the ’Cuse Activities student organization portal for all opportunities available on March 23.
