Research from Shannon Monnat featured in over 80 outlets

Shannon Monnat, associate professor of sociology in the Maxwell School and Lerner Chair for Public Health Promotion, was a member of a National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine committee that released a report showing that young and middle-aged U.S. adults 25-64 have been dying at higher rates since 2010. The report was picked up by more than 80 outlets, including the Associated Press, Yahoo!, and The Arizona Republic.
