“A public relations expert weighs in on Governor Cuomo’s apology.”

Brad Horn, professor of practice for public relations in the Newhouse School, was quoted by CNY Central for the story “A public relations expert weighs in on Governor Cuomo’s apology.” Horn, who brings years of public relations management and organizational communications leadership to the Newhouse School, says that the governor’s decision to delay addressing sexual harassments allegations allowed others to attack him. “I think what’s happened is the governor has left the door open for his critics to fill the space and time with more attacks and with more critique on his lack of response,” says Horn.
