Roy Gutterman, associate professor of magazine, news and digital journalism in the Newhouse School and director of the Tully Center for Free Speech, was interviewed by WAER for the radio story “Newhouse Free Speech Professor Reflects on Ginsburg Legacy in Communications, Rights.” In the piece Gutterman reflects on Ginsburg’s legacy and the future of the Supreme Court. “I think the impact here is that it is not going to be a one-for-one replacement. It is not going to be a liberal for a liberal. I think it will be somebody more conservative and that will shift the balance on the court,” says Gutterman.
