Grant Reeher, professor of political science in the Maxwell School and director of the Campbell Public Affairs Institute, was quoted in The Hill article “Media accused of using kid-gloves on Biden.” Reeher, who studies American politics and is an expert on the 2016 election, says that he does not believe the media is spreading fake news as President Donald Trump claims. However, Reeher says he thinks “it is also clear, after almost four years of his presidency, that editorial choices — about story selection, story framing and also, in particular, choices of headline — are very clearly very critical of the president.”
