“Here’s why ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ is finally ending.”

Robert Thompson, Trustee Professor of television, radio and film in the Newhouse School and director of the Bleier Center for Television and Popular Culture, was quoted in the NY Daily News story “Here’s why ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ is finally ending.” Thompson, an expert on pop-culture, says the show has “managed to survive through some really big changes. It evolved in its own bizarre and unique way and grew up with the way times were changing.” He believes a primary reason the show is ending is that the entire family has matured and have become involved in more serious projects.
