“Stop Saying Facebook Is ‘Too Big to Moderate’.”

Jennifer Grygiel, assistant professor of communications in the Newhouse School, was quoted in the Wired article, “Stop Saying Facebook Is ‘Too Big to Moderate’.” Grygiel, an expert on social media, says  that Facebook needs “to hire more content moderators, a whole lot more of them.” “It’s a myth to create this concept that it’s too big to moderate, there’s too much content,” says Grygiel.
