Planned Repairs for Carnegie Library Sidewalk

Facilities Services and a local contractor are planning to repair the concrete sidewalks north of Carnegie Library in preparation for students returning to campus. The work will begin the week of July 27 and be complete by Aug. 7.
The repairs are required to improve the safety of pedestrians using this area.
We appreciate your patience as there will be construction noise generated at times, as well as disruptions to pedestrian pathways. For everyone’s safety, you are encouraged to remain alert in work areas and follow detours.
Delays in the proposed work may occur as a result of weather and/or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that there is a significant delay, Facilities Services will issue revised information as soon as possible.
