“US ties activities of arrested Chinese military officer to those by defendant in Boston case.”

Corri Zoli, research assistant professor of political science in the Maxwell School and director of research for the Syracuse University Institute for Security Policy and Law, was interviewed by South China Morning Post for the story, “US ties activities of arrested Chinese military officer to those by defendant in Boston case.” The story was also picked-up by Yahoo affiliates internationally. The article focuses on two cases, both involving researchers at universities, that suggest a coordinated pattern of spying on advanced technologies developed in America for transfer to China’s military. Zoli says that China’s tactics “are very much a kind of fourth-generation warfare or information-warfare-type strategy, and this is the way of our contemporary world.”
