More than 5,000 people descended upon Syracuse University recently to celebrate Family Weekend, an annual opportunity for families to visit their students on-campus and get a taste of the Orange life.
Attending families enjoyed a tailgate on the quad prior to the Syracuse-Pittsburgh football game, interactive sessions with their student’s school or college, outings to local destinations (including Beak & Skiff Apple Orchard and Great Lakes State Park), family photo ops and many more activities over a three-day period.
Below, view some of what made the weekend so special. Family Weekend 2020 dates will be made available in the Spring 2020 semester. Hope to see everyone next year!
