Chinese Moon Rover, Yutu-2, Discovers ‘Gel-like’ Substance

Walter Freeman, assistant teaching professor of physics in the College of Arts and Sciences, was quoted in the Earth Sky article “What has China’s rover found on the moon’s far side?” Freeman commented on the “gel-like” substance found in a crater on the moon, connecting the potential substance to meteor impacts.
