Paving of East Adams Street Scheduled for Next Two Weekends
The City of Syracuse is planning to complete milling, asphalt paving and striping on East Adams Street over the next two weekends. During the work, East Adams Street will be closed but each intersection and the corresponding cross streets will remain open. The proposed schedule and areas of work are as follows:
- July 27 and July 28: East Adams Street from Irving Ave to Walnut Park
- Aug. 3 and Aug. 4: East Adams Street from Walnut Park to Ostrom Avenue
For everyone’s safety, you are encouraged to remain alert, watch for employees at work and follow construction signage. Delays in the proposed work may occur as a result of poor weather or unforeseen circumstances. In the event that revised information becomes available, Facilities Services will provide an update as soon as possible.
