Make Your Mark on Syracuse University by June 30

graphic with words Make Your Mark 3,000 donors by June 30As Commencement approaches, the 2019 Make Your Mark campaign is providing an opportunity for Syracuse University community members to celebrate their unique Syracuse University experiences.

Make Your Mark kicks off May 7. The fiscal year-end fundraising effort supports the Fund for Syracuse with an ambitious goal: 3,000 donors to Syracuse University by June 30. Alumni, parents, friends, faculty and staff are encouraged to make a gift of any size supporting the part of Syracuse University they love most.

Gifts to the Fund for Syracuse bridge the gap between tuition revenues and the actual cost of a Syracuse University education. They also provide many of the special opportunities that make the Syracuse experience so valuable and unique for each student.

Those experiences cultivate lifelong relationships with Syracuse University. They define what it means to be Orange.

David Robusto ’19 experienced this connection as a student.

“Every week, I see members of the community advocating for one another, trying to connect one another, or otherwise just being a true Orange Family. I wouldn’t trade it for the world,” Robusto says.

Fund for Syracuse gifts are especially powerful since they can be spent quickly on key initiatives or to cover special opportunities that arise. Donors can also choose to give to the Annual Fund to support the University’s highest priorities.

Following a successful Make Your Mark 2018 campaign, organizers will continue a real-time feel for 2019. When you make your gift online, you’ll see our heart fill as Syracuse University moves closer toward the fundraising goal.

Every gift counts, so make your gift to an area that shaped your Syracuse University experience before June 30!

To make your fiscal year-end gift, visit yourmark.syr.edu. Then, help spread the word using #MySUMark.
