Excellus BlueCross BlueShield Holds Campus Office Hours
Excellus BlueCross BlueShield is committed to providing Syracuse University’s health plan members with the highest level of customer service. As part of this commitment, an Excellus representative holds office hours on campus twice a week to assist members with any medical plan inquiries.
Office hours are currently held on Tuesdays from 8:30-10:30 a.m. and Fridays from 1-3 p.m. at various locations around campus. Registration is not required and the schedule can be found here.
