Ray Wimer, assistant professor of retail practice at the Whitman School, was quoted in the Business Insider story “Americans’ shopping habits are fundamentally changing, and it’s killing Cyber Monday.”
“Black Friday is really no longer a one-day shopping extravaganza, it really signals a kickoff to a four-day promotional period that concludes on Cyber Monday,” said Wimer in the article.
