The Hearing Lab at Syracuse University is looking for participants 60-85 years of age who think or know they have hearing loss and have never tried a hearing aid. We are studying how to teach people to use and care for their hearing aids. This study will take up to approximately five hours of your time over the course of four sessions. You will be paid at the end of each session for a total compensation of up to $50. If you choose not to complete the study, compensation will be pro-rated at $5 for every 30 minutes and time will be rounded up to the nearest half hour.
