Law Expert Banks on Russian Indictments

In the New York Daily News, INSCT Founding Director William Banks spoke about the recent indictments that special counsel Robert Mueller filed against Russian nationals and businesses he called a wide-ranging effort to undermine the 2016 presidential election,

“These indictments remind us that the Mueller investigation has always first and foremost been about Russian interference in the election,” said Banks. “Just about everyone but the President has characterized their interference as a serious threat to our democracy.”
