President Trump Reveals Trade Policy Plans

President Trump is currently putting together the United State’s foreign trade policy. As he explains how his policies will work on a global level, some fear that they may be too “backward looking.” For the Christian Science Monitor, Maxwell economics professor Mary Lovely explained further.

“Right now, trade policy looks very rear-view mirror,” she said. “Just worrying about 500 jobs here or 1,000 jobs there seems to miss the need for long-term strategy.”
