Maxwell Professor Grant Reeher was recently interviewed by the Press Republican about Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Reeher spoke of “two different Cuomos” over the last seven years, with one side focusing on supporting business owners, with the other putting more emphasis on societal issues that pertain heavily to his liberal base.
