Terrorism Expert Corri Zoli Breaks Down Most Recent North Korea Missile Test

North Korea has recently launched another missile test, prompting talks around the world over global security. Corri Zoli, the Director of Research for the Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism at Syracuse University, spoke with CNY Central about this test.

“Well the impact I think that we see is that Kim Jong Un is going to poke the bear,” she said. “In most cases, in ordinary times, you wouldn’t see this kind of desperate measure on the part of North Korea.”
