Expert Burman Discusses Proposed Tax Plan

President Trump’s new tax plan has an air of simplicity to it, though for some, it will usher in higher costs. And, as the plan shows, these costs would be focused less from the higher class, and more towards the middle. For the Huffington Post, Maxwell Professor Len Burman discussed this new plan.
