The Newhouse School’s Bandier Program has been named to Billboard magazine’s list of 15 Best Music Business Schools In 2017.
The Bandier Program combines the study of the business of music, media, marketing and entrepreneurship with hands-on experiences to prepare students for a successful career in the music industry. Established at Syracuse University in 2006, the program recently moved to the Newhouse School. Program director Bill Werde joined the Newhouse faculty last month.
The Bandier Program was made possible through a generous gift from Syracuse University Trustee and Sony/ATV Music Publishing Chairman and CEO Martin Bandier ’62.
