As part of the Greenlight a Vet campaign, the Hall of Languages and Hendricks Chapel are lit up in green at night this week.

You may have noticed Hendricks Chapel and the Hall of Languages bathed in green light in the evening. It’s all part of our recognition of Veterans Day, and the Greenlight a Vet campaign.

The recognition is being done in conjunction with Walmart, which asks all Americans to show their support for veterans by switching their porch light green as a visual symbol of support and show of appreciation for the men and women in our communities, and their families, who sacrificed to keep our country safe. As part of this effort, the exteriors of Hendricks Chapel and the Hall of Languages on campus are bathed in a hue of green for the week, from November 6 – 12.
