Dan founded Avidan Strategies, an agency search consulting firm, in 2007. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience with top global Madison Avenue agencies, managing iconic brands for companies like Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, Bristol-Myers, General Motors, Pfizer, Mars, The Wall Street Journal, Sprint, Samsung and Coca-Cola.
Over the course of his career, Dan has served as a managing partner of WPP company Berlin Cameron; executive vice president and head of business development for Saatchi & Saatchi; the first global executive director of Havas Worldwide; and executive vice president of account management at Young & Rubicam. Both Berlin Cameron and Havas were named “Agency of the Year” multiple times during his tenure.
