Give Blood and Support the American Red Cross
On Monday, Oct. 24, Syracuse University will once again partner with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive in the Schine Student Center. The blood drive is scheduled from noon-5 p.m. in 304 Schine.
Student organizations and University departments partner with the American Red Cross to sponsor blood drives on campus throughout the year. Monday’s blood drive is sponsored by the American Red Cross Club at Syracuse University and SU’s Relay for Life.
To give blood, donors can call 1-800-RED CROSS or visit redcrossblood.org and use sponsor code giveblood@SU to make an appointment. Donors can also use the Red Cross Blood Donor mobile app to make an appointment. Appointments are not required, but they are encouraged; walk-ins are also welcome. If donors cannot participate on Oct. 24, additional blood drive dates are also available.
