Physical Plant Service Requests Now Handled Online
Making a request for service from the Physical Plant is now a mouse click away.
A new online system for Physical Plant assistance is now in operation, making it easy to access the many services provided by crews. Once you fill out the online form (also available at http://facilities.syr.edu/physicalplant/) it will immediately go to a scheduler and/or supervisor, who will then coordinate the work. You will also receive a confirmation email in return.
Among the services that can be requested:
light bulb change
Billed services, which can also be requested online, include:
lock core change/keys
new millwork (cabinets, shelving)
Questions and emergency calls for service can still be made directly to Physical Plant at 315-443-1234.
